Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the sale of reptile enclosures and related products (the "Products") by Biota Studio (the "Seller") to the customer (the "Customer") through the Seller's website or other online platforms, or in person at the Seller's physical store location.
2. By purchasing Products from the Seller, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the Customer does not agree to these Terms, they should not purchase Products from the Seller.
3. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. The Customer is responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
4. The Products offered for sale by the Seller are intended for use by responsible adults who have the knowledge and experience necessary to properly care for reptiles. The Seller is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by the misuse of the Products.
5. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Products they purchase are suitable for their intended use, and for ensuring that the Products are used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and relevant laws and regulations.
6. The Seller does not offer any warranties or guarantees with respect to the Products, except as required by law. The Customer acknowledges that the Products are sold "as is" and that the Seller is not responsible for any defects or damages that may arise from the use of the Products.
7. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to the Seller in connection with their purchase of Products, including their name, address, and payment information. The Seller is not responsible for any errors or omissions in this information, or for any delays or other issues that may arise as a result.
8. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse to sell Products to any Customer for any reason, at the Seller's sole discretion.
9. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of NSW, and any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of NSW.

By purchasing Products from the Seller, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and conditions.
