To ensure our enclosures are built to last, we test all our commercial bio-active displays for a minimum of two weeks before being cleared for delivery, this is built into our 6 week ETA. This is to ensure that you get a final produce that works, is tested, and one you're happy with.
Each tank will have its own guide that is procured - combining the research from our two week testing period, and the standard guide for any ecosystem that size, and this data is fine-tuned with a horticulturist, and our vet partnerships to meet both the needs of the animal (if applicable) and the plants.
we'll pre-set all the setting for you, and on the receiving end, all you have to do is feed the animal, and spot clean the waste (for 2 months) until the bioactive critters, and the plants should do the rest after this period elapses.
We also offer a maintenance plan for those who want a hands off approach.
